HAHAHA!!! I got the myfitnesspal.com app for my iPhone. I get 1200 calories a day to lose a pound a week. I get 200 extra when I go to the gym & use the elliptical machine.

Usually I'm pretty good but sometimes I'll skip dinner and eat my calories with Baskin Robbins ice cream.... and God Help Me.. but Girl Scout Cookie season is weeks away!!

Switch to white wine... its got soooo much less calories!!
